Welcome to Pledge4Peace! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pledge4Peace website (the "Platform") and any services provided therein. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

User Eligibility:

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Account Registration:

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Pledge Makers:

Users may pledge for charitable, social, peace related, or community-oriented projects ("Campaigns").

By participating in a Campaign, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to offer funds for the stated purpose and that all information provided in the Campaign is accurate and truthful.

Funding and Payments:

Users may contribute funds ("Pledges") to Campaigns at their discretion.

All Pledges are refundable but once they are finalized and the payments for the tours are completed, these payments will be non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly provided in these Terms or the Campaign description.

Pledge4Peace may collect and process payments on behalf of Tourism companies. By making a Pledge, you authorize Pledge4Peace to process the payment using the payment method provided. 

All the investment pledges are optional. We do not charge you any investment pledge or take any deposit against them. We will connect users with potential investment opportunities in the regions but we will not be responsible for any due-diligence of these companies and their investments. Users shall do their own due diligence for any investment they intend to make out of their pledged amount to these companies. 

We will charge Users $50 for the basic verification of their funds they have provided for the investment or tourism pledg but all investment firms shall do their own due diligence of the pledge makers to ensure the viability of their pledge. 

We will not be a mediary, custodian, checker, in between investment or tourism companies and pledge makers. 

Pledge4Peace does not guarantee the success of any Campaign.

Intellectual Property:

By submitting content to the Platform, including Campaign descriptions, updates, comments, and other materials ("User Content"), you grant Pledge4Peace a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any form, media, or technology.

Prohibited Conduct:

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, impersonating another person, using the Platform for illegal activities, interfering with the operation of the Platform, and infringing the rights of others.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Pledge4Peace does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on the Platform or the results obtained from the use of the Platform.

Limitation of Liability:

Pledge4Peace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or any Campaign.

In no event shall Pledge4Peace's total liability to you exceed the total amount of Pledges made by you through the Platform.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pledge4Peace and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration conducted in New Jersey in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms:

Pledge4Peace reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.
